BirthdayPro is for remembering people you already care about. These rules protect recipients, connected accounts, and the reliability of the reminder system.

• Do not use BirthdayPro to send spam, harassment, threats, deceptive messages, or unlawful content.
• Do not import contacts or birthday records unless you have a legitimate personal or business reason to store them.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass rate limits, billing limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Do not use API keys, OAuth tokens, or browser extensions on behalf of another person without permission.
• Do not use auto-send for bulk marketing, political outreach, cold sales, or other non-birthday campaigns.
• Do not submit sensitive data in notes unless it is necessary for your own personal reminder context.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that violate this policy, especially when the behavior risks unwanted messages, platform abuse, or harm to another person.
